This month, I turn 36.  And, quite frankly, I'm not having an easy time of it, either.  Just the other day, I was visiting my mom and nana and I couldn't make my mouth form the word "six".  I got the "thirty" part out without much problem, but it was the second part that was tripping me up. :P  I suppose part of it is because I'm emotionally/mentally exhausted trying to figure out what's going on with Blake.  But another (bigger) part of it is my deep-seeded age issues.  I've always had a hard time with getting older.  At 24, I started freaking out about turning 30.   :| Part of the problem is that I feel like I should have done so much more, with each passing year.  I feel like at this point... my mid-thirties... I should have my shit together.  Of course, I told this to my 90-year-old nana and she said to let her know what that happens, because she's still waiting.  :P  Hahaha.  I love my nana.  <3

So anyway this year, to kind of thumb my nose up at my impending old age and essentially turn lemons into lemonade, I decided to turn the month of March into a celebration *throws confetti*.  At least on my blog, anyways.  :P  So, from today until the day of my birthday, March 24, I will be hosting a giveaway.  Well, technically... 2 giveaways.  Never one for moderation, I am going to have 2 prizes for this giveaway, and I think they are both pretty awesome, if I do say so myself.  :)  Giveaways always put me in a good mood!

Holiday Giveaway #4 - 12/14/10 - 12/21/10

Well girlies... we've done it. :) This is the last of my holiday giveaways. Can you believe it?

It consists of Midnight Kiss (gold foil), Cheers to You (silver foil), and a really cute shot glass, which you could use to ring in 2011, or perhaps more appropriately, kiss 2010 goodbye. :P I've also added 2 OPI AvoJuice Juicies in Orange Almond and Crisp Apple. I absolutely adore these lotions. I always have one beside me while I'm on the computer. :)

As I teased several days ago, I am hosting 4 giveaways over the holiday season. Today, I have for you my first giveaway. This is the only one of the 4 that is not expressly "holiday" themed, but I fell in love with it, nonetheless....

This 3 mini OPI treatments, Chip Skip, Nail Envy, and Rapid Dry, as well as a 1 oz bottle of (my favorite) OPI Expert Touch remover, and a 25 ct pack of OPI nail wipes. Plus, it's all housed in this crazy cute case. I think the case is the main reason I gravitated towards this little gift set. Additionally, and this is because I couldn't handle a prize without a nail color... I am including one of my favorite colors for Fall/Winter 2010, Color Club Wild Orchid (yeah... I picked it because it matched the case. LOL).

Giveaway Sneak Peak

I love Christmas, and the holiday season in general.  I love the smells, I love the weather, and I love the feeling it gives me.  However, for the past few Christmases, with having the twins and dealing with Tim's lay-off and my son's issues, I haven't really been in the holiday mood.  Well, this year, I've decided to do something about it.  I'm putting myself in a different frame of mind in real life, and I thought it would be great to pass that on to my blog.  So I decided to have a giveaway, but not just one giveaway (as moderation and I have never been friends)... I decided to have FOUR giveaways!

Ten days from today, on November 23rd, I will open up the first giveaway (entry details to follow).  The giveaway will last for a week, closing on November 30th, with my next giveaway opening the same day.  This will continue every Tuesday until December 21st, when my final giveaway will close.  I consider each prize to be a little present from me to you, with all but one being holiday themed.
